Print & Send™

Save time and money with Print&Send™

You have probably seen how large businesses target individuals with personalised direct mail, and you can too.

The best bit is that all the hours of hard work printing, stuffing envelopes, and postage is all handled by us, leaving you to focus on your business.

We do everything in house and we use Royal Mail for the final delivery so your clients get the best possible service.

An A4 single sided black and white letter, personalised, printed and delivered is only 49p and colour starts from 59p.

How it Works

With the Print&Send™ tool you can choose a marketing list, upload your direct mail piece, receive a draft for approval, and be ready to post in under ten minutes.

First off, you'll be given some simple choices about what (letter, postcode), format (colour, duplex) and the delivery options that you want. Then, if you want each letter personalised, upload your document as a .doc, .docx or .rtf file or .pdf if you do not need it personalised.

Next, you need to upload the address file, either an Excel or CSV document. If you've purchased your data from us then the correct column headings are already in place and all you have to do is match them to the fields in your letter. Finally, we'll send you a PDF for you to approve and once you've paid, you mail is ready to go.

Depending on volumes and delivery options, your direct mail piece will be with your prospects in no more than 3 days.

Making it even Quicker and Easier

We know you are busy so are if you don't have much time we can set your letter to automatically be sent to new businesses within your criteria.

Set a monthly budget within your account for data and post services and we'll constantly work up to your limit.

It's predictable and measurable, leaving you to focus on your business knowing that your marketing is being done on autopilot.

Environmental Issues

Our suppliers hold accreditation from both the FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) and PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification). These two globally recognised accreditations promote the responsible management of the world's forests. They also have BSI ISO 14001:2004 for its environmental management system.

In addition to ensuring all the paper is from responsibly managed sources, we also support a Toptree scheme run in conjunction with the Woodland Trust, which has planted over 60,000 trees in the UK to date.

Finally, as we state in our blog, we encourage less, more accurate mail and our system is designed to promote this.
