How it Works
In line with our ethos of creating easy to use, useful products, we reckon you can purchase a marketing list, upload your direct mail piece, receive a draft for approval, and be ready to mail out in under ten minutes.
First off, you'll be given some simple choices about what (letter, postcode), format (colour, duplex) and the delivery options that you want. Then, if you want each letter personalised, upload your document as a .doc, .docx or .rtf file or .pdf if you do not need it personalised. Next, you need to upload the address file, either an Excel or CSV document. If you've purchased your data from ukcontactdata.com then the correct column headings are already in place and all you have to do is match them to the fields in your letter. Finally, we'll send you a PDF for you to approve and once you've paid, you mail is ready to go. Depending on volumes and delivery options, your direct mail piece will be with your prospects in approximately five days.
